Camps facilitate a positive community experience for students attending, at the same time,  providing the opportunity for curriculum-linked experiential learning to take place. Our Sovereign Hill camp relates directly to our Inquiry topic for Term 2, providing students with relevant experiences and learning opportunities.

Activities:
Students will participate in 3 education experiences that explore the History unit students will be focusing on.
They will also participate in some of the following:
• Explore the museum
• Gold Pour demonstration
• Coach ride
• Red Hill Mine tour
• Gold panning
• Sound-and-light show- the Eureka Battle
• Underground Mine tour
• Confectionery demonstration
• Evening theatre performance
